In Hinduism, Lord Krishna is considered as an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. As well as this, in the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna even described Himself as a god-like being, have many eyes and other extremities.
Perhaps calling upon and asking Lord Krishna would help a bit(?). Maybe to ask Him to speak to Lord Vishnu.

The oldest way to call him is penance, though hard but is supposed to bring him to you. He may not appear in the form you seek but will test you. (One of his traits)
And Doing penance is hardest thing to do.
And pleasing Lord Shiv with it is the easiest.
