shadow people

shadow people are usually a person type haunt not having enough enwrgy to fully form they ar not as defined in feature so they appear as shadows. some haunts where history repeats itself or spirit repeats its usual daily habits or trauma and its energy has left an imprint to continuosly loop. these are not usually an intelligent haunt. some can be if person. but either way a haunt that usually lacks energy to completely manifest and appears as shadow

There are many of them. Look for videos or blogs on the Internet. Here is some basic information.

they are entities much like ghosts but the origin of them hasn't been pinpointed yet.
There are many forms of shadow people. Some good, some bad.
There is a form of shadow people that have red eyes and if you look into them, your body has a reaction from shock that causes brief paralysis.
Usually shadow people follow individuals around because they are much like cats, very curious.
