Angels, demons, and other spiritual entities are belief based. Which means you may believe they are real, but not everyone does. You are right, that video probably was faked. The general consensus is that if spiritual beings do exist (I believe in them personally), then you can't really 'see' them. You may be able to catch them in visions or in other odd happenings, but seeing a physical, tangible form is unlikely.

In my opinion I think that this video is fake.

In my personal experience demons have been described to me by a few spirits and they are insanely creepy in comparison to their Hollywood counterparts if you ever meet a demon do not let it overpower you also to describe them there's humanoid demons and outright monsters in the astral plane.
