How can I edit my English mistakes? Where is the edit button?

Unfortunately this site doesn't have the capability to permit you to edit your post. All one can do is to copy and delete your post, then rewrite it in the Forum it with the corrections you want to make and then post it as before. It's a clumsy fix, but there are reasons for it.

Personally I wouldn't worry about your errors too much. Your post is excellent as it is.

The sage and thyme discussed here are common garden varieties available at most garden centers here in the U.S. The others mentioned are common herbs that you can find in occult shops, botanical stores, etc.
