twilight series

i went to see the movie opening night and the words i use to describe it as a movie are "Acceptable"

as an adaptation of a book, i would describe it as "slightly below average"

to be frank with all of you, I have cried maybe 5 times in my life, im not overly manly, im just your run of the mill guy. i dont remember ever actually tearing up at any movies. but when edward left bella in the second book and she broke down in the forest, a few tears were rolling down my cheek.

everyone has free reign to make as many jokes as you like, I know who i am. and I'm perfectly ok with the fact that this book touched my heart and changed me in a a profound way.

i recognize that everyone has different tastes when it comes to all things.

but three things i know in this world are this:

1. My fiancee is the most beautifal girl in the world.
2. I am selfish, but I enact that selfishness in a such a way to help others
3. The twilight series has changed me life, and outlook on love.

sir_prize you might like the movie so you should see it, I might have liked it if I actually read all of the books but I haven't because I am so tired of everyone at my school being obsessed with them

To me I just got the book today and I have read 78 pages of it and so far it is the best book so far I have read

I Haven't seen it or have read the book , but I know from the media that it has become a popular movie with the teens , much like Harry Potter books had become , I think that as long as its popularity is helping the teens pick up a book and read , I think is a good thing .

i loved the books and the movie.

I absolutely love the Twilight series. Anybody who doesn't like can "suck it!!!!"
