Help spell went wrong

Many times, without knowing or realizing, we manifest negative energy because of worry and doubt. I do not think you caused bad things to happen to your family. Being unfamiliar with the craft and casting blindly may not have actually done anything. We tend to see what we want and so in your mind knowing what you did previously, you are accepting blame for the band things happening now.

The first step is to rid yourself of this burden. All that is doing is creating and manifesting negative energy which can leech and spread. Cleansing and protection are your best bet and you don't really need to cast a spell for either. Use your internal feelings to know what works for you and embrace it, giving it power to cleanse and protect. I like to envision a beam of white light around me. I feel it and picture it when I am feeling a lot of negativity around me. It is amazing to watch as you draw people in. They want to be around you because your positive energy feels good and can change their entire mood.

As far as your children go, just continue with supporting them as best as you can and always reassure them something positive. It is important to validate their struggle, so they know it is real, but then leave them with a positive outlook on something else going on in your lives that will be their focus and can help suppress the negative energy.
