Well I just started mine aswell, in a few minutes I'll be working on the first page. Now what I'm doing is I'm learning Psionics first as well as the basics of magic, I'm recording all my progress and some mini-guides just in case I need to refresh my memory. What I may do is try to incorporate psi into magickal power to enhance my spells, can't wait ;D!~
P.S The other day I created my own little thing called an elemental ball mixing different elements and using multipul sources (see me thread in the general info) cool stuff like that, accomplishments, new ideas etc are things you wanna put in there. When I think of a book o fshadows I think of a magickal diary

you can put anything you want in there GaiaRay! I have alsorts in mine, not just spells, i keep a record of how my rituals/spells have worked and how i feel about them, i write down any messages that come to me during meditations, put in pictures and poems and I also have the Wiccan Rede written out. just a few ideas for you!
Hey, i'm only 13 [nearly 14] and ive had mine for less then a day. ive already got one spell for sealing, a few protection spells on the book and a protection curse as well [of my own] just so no-one messes with my stuff. i have meditation techniques, cicrle casting, candle meanings, the wiccans rede, astral projecting and a few other things.
I'll put up the protection curse for you if you want, it's not really harmful. It's if someone you dont want to read the book, reads it, they get sick with an annoying flu or something like that for a period of time. Nothing to bad. maybe a series of bad luck. I didn't put specifics. but here it is:
Chant: "I place this curse, upon thee, who read this book, willingly, without permission, and blessing from me, I place this curse upon thee. As is my will, So mote it be." 3 times while kneeling and hands hovering over your book of shadows.
My BOS is constantly changing,
As Im sure most of yours will as well.
Ive found it easier to use loose paper and small folders,all kept in larger binder.
That way when I need to update,or add new things or any changes at all.I can take out things I want or add them in the proper folder.
It helps keep it neater and easier to find what im looking for.
My BoS has not many things it yet but its getting there. I have Color meanins, sabbats like the equinoxes meditation techniques stuff like that. Ill eventually add some spells when im ready
i keep two bos, one's for spells and the other is things i should remember like moons, gods/goddess's, experiences while spellcasting or in a circle, stuff like that.
