humanity is beautiful. mermaids are fish. why do u want to be a mermaid? to show off... u have soooo much in u already to show off!!! prove u can show off the amazing things u already have, and learn what humans are camable of, then, then mabye u can try to be a fish out of water. i know a little betta fish in a bowl that probly wouldnt mind being a human....

So people are saying you can't change your physical body, which may be true. I won't say you CAN'T but it's probably not going to happen unfortunately.
But, there is such thing as people who are mermaids. Maybe not physically but their souls are mermaids. They're called otherkin. They don't believe they are physically anything other than human but they identify strongly with a non-human creature.
Perhaps you are one of these? :) Also, faeries, angels, demons, and animals etc. can also be otherkin.
....I hate to sound rude but you need to give up pretending to be something your not. If you really wish to learn something theres tons of people on here more than willing to help you, but when you tell lies to people they arent going to be so eager to help you, and you'll end up being called a fluff (and no one likes a fluffy).

Tasks, first of all, it is extremely rude to put entire sentences in all capitals. It seems as if you are screaming or yelling at someone. In this particular post, you seem half crazed. Second of all, there is no spell to become half of anything. It is not possible. That is all I will say only because it has been stated several times already by many others that it is not possible. Learn to accept reality for what it is.
