Well, first off you shouldn't be too unconfortable, so you won't focus on a pinch in the back, a cramp, ect. And also not too much relaxed, as to not fall asleep, start with meditation or I found that you will be focusing on other things as you ap, or try to.
As for the evening, I usually do too, but you need to rid your mind of the "crud of the day" drama, stress, ect. Caused by work, school, or whatever have you, and if you're exhausted from your day take a short cat nap and try later when you're refreshed. :) that cover your question?

Yes! Thanks, that was what i was going for. Also, back to the original topic, do you have to be able to see you energy to make a realm, because i am not at that stage yet. Can I visualize it like i usually do with psi balls, ki ect?

Omg this is the most interesting thing I've seen n I was wondering do I have to know how to AP to do this because I have a hard time just meditating. And id like to bring someone into my realm when its made but they know nothing about AP so...what to do bleu?

Yes you can visualize it like a psi ball, and you don't have to know how to astral project, it's a bit simpler, it'll be natural knowledge after the realm is made, but you do need to be in the meditative state to do it, :l.

Im still somewhat confused. Im just learning about the astral projection. Im sure I can learn this it just seems slightly confusing to me. Do you have any exercises that would help me focus my energy so I can build a realm of my own?

Also, how do you destroy a realm?
