Brysing was near dead. I don't believe he was dead. If someone's near dead, then they could be saved.

That spell is not real. Summoning the soul of a deceased one is very real. Also one sorcerer, your grandma was not dead. If you are alive then you are alive. If you are dead then you are dead. That's all I have to say.
