ok well than first of if it seems like an authoritive group (dont worry i dono how to spell it either) than im sorry, its not meant to be its just there for both beginners and adepts, it wont overrun the other covens, most covens are great here and they help out and put great spells, i would not wanna be authoritive........second the power mad factor is a issue but the application will tell me if you are or not, and if i dont tell then ill look it over a few times with friends, and if it still worries me then i wont except, until im for sure they wont, this coven isnt about size to me (the actual coven only consisted of 21 council members)........third of all the spells have been tried and so have the rituals, i make sure to put only working spells that i have personally done before, and if there is something that i can't do then it must be out of my power and i will find someone who is of more power than me and ask him to try it, but every spell that will be put up will have worked and once they are up every month or so i will try them all over to see if they do.....
