Beginners spell!

I'm learning latin my self now I'm getting it translated off the internet.

is kinda hard to prononce it this must be latin

I think it was taken from the supposed Count dracula's legend, the last 4 lines are meaningless

Yes I agree a spell shouldn't be done unless you've done research it could have an unkind end for the caster. It's reckless and the spell you find might just be fake made up by someone having fun pretending.
