As the founder of this faith and coven you need not look to others for the meaning of this religion or the meaning of my words.
To explain The Jeslibrian faith all one has to do is embrace the spirit within. I have been a practicing witch for thirty five years, a catholic for twelve, a Christian for fifty and an ordained Reverend for three. Jeslibrian is an alternative religion to Christianity.
As I have said before Jesus Christ cannot, personally defend, endorse or verify his political and personal standings on the issues presented in the Bible so therefore no religion has the authority to claim that they know what Christ believes.
In this coven,the work of Jesus Christ begins before the temptation of sin is acted upon and after the act of sin takes place.
Those that truly follow Jesus, must abstain from mortal negative actions and words while helping others who are lost, find their way home to a more spiritual existence. These are the true teachings of Jesus Christ.
"The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying, you must be born again. The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit....Jesus Christ (John 6 :63 and 3:6)
Mankind must be a voice of compassion in order for compassion to be heard by all life. To truly embrace the meaning of life, one must respect the awesome power that the spirit holds.
To think with an open mind is but a mortal blessing of grace, but to live as pure energy while confined to human form, is a miracle of immortal proportion.
I will admitt that if any one can open a christians eyes with out giving in to the base desire to kill those that are different you can do it i wish you luck on the impossible journey you are on and that you make it cause i think you can
You must rise above what others say and not allow the negative interpretations of Christ's teachings corrupt you or turn you away from the true Jesus christ.
Most people that follow Christ are Christians they are not true followers of Christ for Christ was not Christian. Christianity was founded after Christs death it was not founded by Christ himself. Mankind has corrupted Christ's good name through their misconceptions of Christ's teachings.
It is time Christ's teachings were taught in a compassionate and humane way. Jesus Christ's name must be freed from the intolerance of mortal interpretation In order for his true words to be heard.
There is a great necessity for this new humanitarian movement. The time has come to break off from the old Christian ways.
To many Christians are using their arrogance to distort what Jesus stood for. No one can take back Christianity from the intolerant and the inhumane, nor can they renew its meaning to all those who have been shunned, assaulted, murdered, tortured and offended by people who have committed crimes and inhumanities in Christ's name.
The correlation between all action and response directly relates to the representations of what the human mind was programmed to believe. If an individual was programmed to fear and denounce something, then without thought or reflection, that human being will respond negatively to that stimulation.
The key to change human programming is consideration and mental analysis. If any action causes harm or unreasonably excludes another living being, (Such as a witch, a homosexual, a different race, species, color or the well being of an animal,) than it is not worthy of pursuit.
As I stated: Christianity is an empire that one cannot over throw with swords and weapons. It will take great deeds of compassion and kindness to build a new empire that will grow and surpass the intolerance that has been shown and taught in Christ's name.
To renew the balance of Christianity, one must offer a place where intolerance and negativity are not taught or accepted as moral and ethical emulations of Christ and God. Do not heed the words inside an ancient book, for words are only lost translations. Look to your heart for the meanings of Gods and Christ's intentions. Unless you choose the path of compassion, Christ's teachings will be lost to all.

RevMarie, you are entitled to your beliefs, and to express your opinion. But what you are doing here is "preaching".This not the site for religious preaching.Like all preachers,you are stating a faith as a truth! Do it elsewhere.

If you think about it Magickor, what he is saying does make sense in a way. Regardless of whether God created man or man created God, we are still connected. Think about it being a practitioner and thought form. Even though that thought form can grow on its own and stray from its original purpose, it is still part of its creator.
I wont get involved in the argument about anyone being more powerful or above the rest though. In my opinion it is all just a frame of mind.

On my phone it is hard to read what everyone has said and I don't know if this point has been made but Rev said the Catholics condemned witches and homosexuals. Well the Romans prosecuted Christians .
Perhaps this coven isn't right for you. Perhaps you are Wiccan or Catholic or some other religion and need to seek your conversation and intellectual stimulation under another forum topic.
This topic is Christ's Universal Coven In this topic I am the preacher and have full right to preach my word. If my word offends you I suggest you preach your own word with others who believe as do and allow the flock here to find their own way.
There is no need for you to try to interfer or corrupt the minds of those who seek the knowledge of my own wisdom.
Perhaps you might even want to start your own thread concerning your interpretations of Jesus Christ considering you do not wish to learn about this covens faith.

The Romans founded the Catholic Church. They persecuted all those that did not follow their version of Christianity which was Catholicism.
All other religions were condidered to be run by false prophets.
After the death of Christ, those who felt they could make a prophet off his teachings (The Romans) used his name to build a billion dollar religious empire around his life.
Jesus Christ died for his humanitarian beliefs, the same way Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, John F. Kennedy and so many others were murdered when they tried to teach humanity to the unconscious human world.

The Jeslibrian church was founded by myself Reverend Marie Carew on April 12th 2006 after I had a vision of Christ by my mother's death bed.
I was not surprised that Christ came to me that late afternoon. Through all of history religions were created by human beings who have experienced spiritual messages from beyond.
It is said that after the death of Christ, members of the Jewish religion were spiritually drawn to move away from the old beliefs in order to form a new religion in Christ's name. No one knows exactly who started Christianity, nor do they know who founded the Catholic church.
The Catholic church believes that Jesus Christ himself founded their organization, but there is no written documentation to verify this, nor is there any mention of the word ?Catholic? in any of the Deep Sea Scrolls or inside Holy Bible translations.
The only story in history that seems to keep repeating itself is the one concerning Flavius Valerius Constantinus, born on Feb. 27, 280. In this incredible tale, it is said that Saint Constantine was given his title after claiming to have had a vision of Christ on the way to Rome.
During the night before a battle, Constantine saw a symbol of Christ, shining above the sun and decided that this was a divine sign, The next day Constantine had his soldiers paint the same symbol on their shields and from there he went on to defeat the army of Maxentius at the Battle at the Milvian Bridge (Oct AD 312). (Maxentius, together with thousands of his soldiers, drowned as the bridge of boats his force was retreating over collapsed.) Constantine saw this victory as directly related to the vision he had the night before and thus he became the first Christian Roman emperor.
