the coven has been rejected with an auto message basically saying that he isnt accepting covens right now.
i will try again in two weeks, i know it says one month, but with what happened to DG, concerning her rejected coven, then two weeks later, the two new covens were accepted. i figure two weeks should be a good idea.
I have to say that I believe Pet is reading the forums all the time just as so many nonresponding members do. So many of us keep up with the forums but do not post for one reason or another.
If you feel that Pet is not responding in the right way to coven requests you may want to take a step back and look at the situation. It may have to do with not having qualified people come forth to apply for their own coven. Pet can tell more about you by the way you write in the forums then on your application for a coven. I am sure he uses both but to really see how a person is, look at the way they treat others. Is this person truelly helping people or do they just like to hear themselves talk?
So people want a psi coven or a necromancy coven, then they are just going to have to wait till the right person comes along willing to head it. I would also advice not reapplying for a coven before the end of 30 days. Really all you are giving Pet is another reason not to give you your own coven. If he said to wait a month then do it. Reapplying early shows a lack of respeact for the man.
This is Pet's site, he created it, he maintains it, he is the one you need to impress if you want your own coven. Pet is the adminisrtaor, here he is the creator. I kneel at his yellow feet with offerings in thanks of him.

yet deathgoddess got a message like that and then 2 weeks later the two newest covens were created.
obviously its not an exact timing deal.
also, if masterme and I arent qualified enough to run a coven, i couldnt think of more than a handful of people that post on these forums that shows the maturity needed.
some of you know exactly how i feel about one certain priestess in particular....i still cant imagine how she got a coven. it boggles my mind.
ps. like i said, we need a psionics coven, i dont care who heads it. we need it, and more than enough qualified people would be happy to head it.

I can understand how frustrating the coven applications can be. However my own experience may shed some light on Pet's side. I asked for a coven back in November and did not get a responce either way. After about a week I joined Shadow Craft. Three weeks later I woke on morning to be the priestess of Way of the Star, this is the coven I asked to start. Already having Shadow Craft coven obligations I had to hand the coven over to one of my council members a few days after getting the coven started.
Pet went through a lot to create a new coven and it took him a few weeks to get all the work done to start it. So I can see why he started sending auto mail about coven apps. As for getting one and then two weeks later having new covens added may have been because of how long it takes to set up a new one on the site.
Thank you Pet for all you have done to make this site better. I love the changes to the mail functions and the addition of mods to help you weed through some of the trash that has been put on the site. I remeber when you were the only one we had to go to with a spamming or harassment problem. And thank you for taking the time you have to make the site better for all of us, rather than spending it personally responding to all your mail.
Perhaps people should think about what Pet wants to see in a coven leader. Patience, understanding, willingness to help, respect, honesty, wisdom, and over all good leadership qualities.
luzifer if you get the coven or if this coven is made i support it. you are definetely right. we need a necromancy and psionics coven. I think it would be a great idea if both covens were actually put together into one aswell.
