We mean seriously too .
First ;Dear bluelight why you came around to share your favourite herbs or to criticise people around ?If you do not have to express nothing good rather do not do express nothing at all .

Second :here is the definition of the word herb in English according Oxford dictionary -1 any plant with leaves, seeds, or flowers used for flavouring, food, medicine, or perfume:
bundles of dried herbs
[as modifier] :
a herb garden

Ginseng
Is it plant ?
Yes ,it is .
Does it have leaves ,flowers and seeds ?
Yes ,it has
Is it medicine ?
Yes ,it is .

Seriously is it a herb ?
Yes

In medicine the part of the ginseng used is the root but many different herbal remedies are done from different parts of the plant in some cases all parts of the plant contain the remedy .
That is why in the latin name of the herbs sometimes is mentioned which part of it is used mainly .

Now is the Garlic turn .
Is it a plant ?
Yes ,it is .
Does it has seeds ,flowers and seeds ?
Yes it has .

Is it medicine ?
Yes ,it is .

Finally -Is it a herb ?
Yes ,it is .

Third -Seriously go get some education on herbs and English and learn some positive attitude when expressing yourself .

HISTORICAL OR TRADITIONAL USE: Asian Panax Ginseng has been a part of Chinese medicine for over 2,000 years. The first reference to the health-enhancing use of Asian Panax Ginseng dates to the first century A.D., in which the writer mentions ginseng use as follows:

It is used for repairing the five viscera:
(1) Quieting the spirit,
(2) Curbing the emotions,
(3) Stopping agitation and removing noxious influence,
(4) Brightening the eyes,
(5) Enlightening the mind and increasing wisdom.

It has been shown that continuous use of this very calmative tea leads one to longevity with light to moderate body weight. Panax Ginseng Flower Tea is commonly used by elderly persons in the Orient to improve mental and physical vitality.

INDICATION AND USAGE:
(1) Primary uses: Diabetes; Immune function; Lack of stamina
(2) Secondary uses: Weight loss; Athletic vitality; Sexual dysfunction and fertility (male)
(3) Other uses:
Used to assist in weight loss, curbing appetite
To increase aerobic capacity (enhanced breathing capacity)
Curative for Alzheimer’s disease; Memory loss
Relieves Chronic fatigue syndrome; lupus, and fibromyalgia
Prevents Common cold/sore throat;
Fibromyalgia;
HIV support;
Erectile dysfunction;
As a natural anti-bacterial tea, prevents Infection; Influenza; Stress

ACTIONS AND PHARMACOLOGY: Panax Ginseng Flower’s actions in the body are due to a complex interplay of constituents. The primary group is the ginsenosides, which are believed to increase energy, counter the effects of stress, and enhance intellectual and physical performance. Thirteen ginsenosides have been identified in Asian Panax Ginseng Flower tea; Ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1 have received the most attention.
Other constituents include the panaxans, which are known to help lower blood sugar and the polysaccharides (complex sugar molecules) which support immune function.
Long-term intake may be linked to a reduced risk of cancer. A double-blind study has confirmed Asian Panax Ginseng’s blood sugar lowering effects in patients with adult-onset (type 2) diabetes.
Studies suggest it may help those in poor physical condition tolerate exercise better.
In combination with some vitamins and minerals, 80 mg of ginseng per day was found to effectively reduce fatigue in a double-blind study. Another double-blind study also found it helpful for relief of fatigue and, possibly, stress. Although there are no human clinical trials, adaptogenic herbs such as Asian Panax Ginseng may be useful for chronic fatigue syndrome patients, since the herbs have an immuno-modulating effect and also help support the normal function of the hypothalamic- pituitary-adrenal axis, the hormonal stress system of the body.
Asian Panax Ginseng may also prove useful for male infertility. A study with 66 men found that 4 grams of Asian ginseng per day for three months led to an improvement in sperm count and sperm motility.

DOSAGE: Panax Ginseng Tea can be taken in the amount of 1-3 cups per day. 3 grams herbal tea steeped three times per day. Ginseng is usually used for two to three weeks continuously, followed by a one- to two-week rest period before resuming.

HIGH VALUABLE PLANTS

(1)Valuable: Ginseng grows a flower since 4 years old. If it doesn't encounter natural disasters or attacks from animals, it could grow a flower. For 60 kgs ginseng only harvest 50 grams ginseng flower.

I've heard anise is useful, but mint and peppermint have really helped me the most.
By the way, did you know mint and peppermint are different? Mint is best used for travel, and peppermint is good for healing.
