How can I learn elemental

But every thing I still remember, my zodiac sign is Virgo, I like any element, and elements I think have pros and cons, earth has defense, air has speed, water has stamina, fire has attack, defense is what I think will help me, cause I have a fear at school, plus I saw the aftermath of a fight, defense is what I'll try, bending elements is not my choice, and my opinion is not exactly bending elements, and that's all I remember that I put on this thread

You are not the only who is confused. I can't understand what it is that you are trying to do or say here.

Let me try to be of some assistance.

Elements are, in the magic system I use, building blocks of what life is. We, as people, are made up of all of them. Earth is the body, air is the breath, fire is the spirit, and water is the blood.

Each of those four elements also has magical uses. Earth is stability, focus, grounding, and protection. Air is inspiration, thought, mental exercises, communication. Fire is passion, defense, change, growth. Water is emotion, fluidity in situations, cleansing. These are a small portion of all my thoughts on each element, so take it as a perspective not fact.

And in my head, it's fallen apart, twisted up, upside down, so I do cause confusion sometimes

Perhaps you should gather your thoughts before you post? Jot some notes down on paper and put together what you are trying to post instead of doing multiple posts that are not consistent with your question.

I have ADHD as well, and I would recommend doing something like what Nord said. Organizing your thoughts before posting something will make it much easier for you and others. I always read over what I wrote before posting it, and think "If someone posted this, would I be able to understand it?"

Many people will light candles for fire, use salt or dirt for earth, use a fan or incense for air, and use a seashell or something filled with liquid for water when casting spells. However, I'm a bit confused as well, so I don't really know what else to say.
