Many actors do it this way: they eat like these proteine potions when they go to sleep. It stimulates the muscles while you sleep. A friend of me is into kickboxing, and he uses it to grow his muscles real big before a big fight. No magic neaded!
It works, most of the time, if you mean strength by day, strength by night give me strength beyond my sight, if that's the spell you are looking for it did work for me, sometimes when I was weak on the inside it made me strong and sometimes physically strong when my emotions did have a problem with them, just try it out and see if it works for you, also having confidence in yourself and confidence in your spell it will work then.

I do not get why. I guess it's because majority of this site has middle school age children, who have a very active imagination, however their ignorance combined with refusing to listen to those who live day by day in reality, not la la land, is stressful and disrespectful to those who take the craft and magick seriously.
There are role play sites. Those who wish to role play and waste the serious practitioners time and prevent others who truly wish to learn, from learning, and reading serious and informative topics, those people I find disgraceful and insulting.

See when I first came to this site, I was ignorant and Naive. I was a fluffy. However, I have been on this site nearly a year, and I learned, I chose to listen, and now I am serious about learning and practicing.
I try to help the best I can, but those which choose continually to be ignorant and live in a fantasy I do not have the time for and do not have the tolerance for them.
It truly is sad. So I do my best to educate the ignorant, yet I put it out there for all. Some take it some do not, whatever happens, however sometimes not saying anything is not the right approach, sometimes things do need to be addressed and people need to speak out.
Oh, well its good that you speak up. I dont think i could without getting all cranky and stuff. But people need to learn. Keep helping. :D and that silly stuff about turning into minsters and stuff. Cant do it nope.
If anything, and I didn't look at the spell, it can aid you on your quest to building muscle. Then it depends on how you're lifting, or for what reason. I suppose if you can cast a hex to make someone obese you can also bless someone to be lean and fertile, because the way that I see it, in everything that we do, and that we want to do greatly, you gotta have some sort of spiritual backing behind it.
I can tell you right now, you're asking questions that you can't yet afford, so to say. If you want to build muscle you're going to have to get down to the nitty-gritty, and work it out, literally. It's an art in its own, working out.
Who knows, it may turn you into a meditative guru, because you look at all the great athletes. They don't say anything. Calm, collected, focused and serious individuals. It all starts in the mind. If you want to be stronger, faster and bigger, then think like it and act like it.
