Lol, niiiice guys.

Okay, here's a (serious) question. Anyone know a way to REMEMBER something?

Long story short: I was helped to astral project by a friend and I can't remember it. He had to tell me the next day. -.-

So, is there anyway to remember that?

In all seriousness, I ( as always ) recommend writing your own spell.

Though I can say every bit of information retained, and every memory possessed is important in helping us grow.

As far as remembering AP, most people either can't or have a hard time remembering their time there. It's not uncommon at all. Before you go, you may want to meditate and try focusing on remembering it.
