Whenever I use spells with a broad 'wanting' I usually get stuff I never expected to happen. In this case like Moon Spirit said (in a way) it won't necessarily change your nose just do something to make it seem smaller, and maybe the way it did that will bring up new problems, so if you do attempt the spell, be careful on what you say and word it carefully.

Sure is! On the night of the full moon (or within 2 days after) go outside and light 4 candles of whatever color represents what you want to achieve (i recommend orange) and an incense. Dab some kind of oil on the part you wish to change (in this case, your nose) all the while visualizing your desired effects. Write a personal chant and say it. Meditate and wait for the results :)

Your can not change your DNA with magick. If your nose is bothering you that much I would agree with the surgery comments.
