just so you understand what im talking about a soul stone is something i would channel some of my spiritual energy for meditation i want a black one because i have alot of negative energy and emotions right now and i prefer to use it as a symbolism of the release of such emotions

MaeMae step back and take a breath. Crow posted a serious question and being new to the site does not give you the right to flame him. Just because he asked a question you think is idiotic doesnt mean that it gives you free license.
Crow heres some info for you: any object can be a soulstone. I prefer the little gems from carts like at tourist shops because you can get practicly as many as needed. any stone, statue, coin, small object can be made a soulstone. look around, you'll find something suitable.
And another thing: As Crow said, soulstones are small reservoirs for energy. Think of them like little power plants. They are imbued with energy and then that energy can be used at a later time to "boost", for lack of a better term, the energy put inot a spell.

Go for an obsidion, onxy or a smokey quartz. If you have a supplies shop near you(plus i find markets and places such as that seem tosell crystals) you can get them from there. Or go online lods of very well priced sites out there.
