I'd recommend meditating to gain better control over your energies. If you have the need to expend or release it then I suspect you are partially out of balance. Using too much energy can exhaust you and doing so too often could risk health issues. Transferring energy is a completely normal thing with magic, I myself have little experience with this but I'd recommend experimenting with crystals, particularly if you'd like to store energy for when you need it.

We project energy all the time into the environment ,objects included.It is also called imprinting energy ,charging or transfer.The way this is done can be intentionally or not so intentionally.Imprinting has the ability to create constant energetic repeats ,which I call "echoes" ,which are also known as ghosts or residual hauntings,when this is done on major scale.
Some people are more energetic than others and they have certain "presence".You need to learn to keep your energy flowing near your body ,rather than expanding too much or you can be overwhelmed.
Being able to imprint/charge objects is not so extraordinary and out of normal.Most of us leave our energy into everything we touch ,which is why many mediums can use the art called psychometry.Sympathetic Folk Magic and Foot-Track magic are based on the idea that we leave around our life force as we go by in our day.
Also we as practitioners call this process charging items in order to make them objects of power.The difference is mainly in the depth and the grade of the imprinting that is produced as final result.Group of people will produce greater imprinting results than a single individual in most cases.
I have, on accident,transferred enough energy to make my remote change channels. I have also,once or twice, made an object hum. Is that even possible!?! I tried meditation but as soon as I cleared my mind my energy went wild and tried to get into my bed. It is scary. It's like my body doesn't want that energy balanced. It hurt to hold my energy back. What does that mean when it hurts your ribs like it did mine?
I've always believed that magic and electricity had some relationship, so I'm much more surprised by the fact you were able to do this than it's possibility. You must have a huge amount of energy building inside of you for these kinds of things to happen, do you find yourself or others around you tired or hungry often? You should probably try meditating after you expend the energy. If you can, I'd recommend you try to start trying to transfer energy into other people. It should be safe, at most they might feel like they had an energy drink.
I'm always tired and hungry. Instead of transferring my energy into a person, will it work with rocks, marbles,or plants? And every time I transfer my energy I see it,In my mind, as electricity. So yeah. You are right about the magical and electricity thing.
You can transfer energy into just about anything as far as I know, but far more serious is that all of this energy is coming from you, that's why your always tired and hungry. Magic is something to be used only when needed, since perform too much can exhaust you, but if you are constantly expending large amounts of energy this could have serious impacts on your health. Your body probably won't be able to handle this forever, I'd recommend you see a doctor right away. I've never heard of someone's energy raging out of control like this before, normally it's always subject to your will and never acts unless you command it. This is like your arm exercising on its own until it goes limp.
I'll be fine it just gets old. When I made my remote go crazy my energy was at a normal level. I just have to start using it more than I do. I don't preform spells that much or charge anything within my will. I tend to block my energy from getting out. I don't know what would happen if I let my energy into an object or person. So I will use it more and if it works I will post it on here.
