Yeah it works but I can tell you that it`s much more efficient to simply train until you can use it normally, average amount of time needed(few months on average for normal way/training to show results) in comparison method mentioned in this "spell/ritual" could take up to several years to get past the basics and that would be just about only thing it would be good for.

Once you start, keep doing it..

Everyone is right, but i also wonder now that we talk about magic. Whats more powerful,a curse or spell.

Both are as equaly stong.
Its the caster that determines the strength of the spell or curse and or its to be performed by a coven or as a single cast..

I would call this a ritual, not a spell, but yes, it works in theory. Using this "spell" when you should just practice and do work to improve your abilities, is kind of a short cut. It's far more rewarding the long way, but your choice. Just remember we all have the ability to do magic, you don't need a spell, lineage, or ritual to unleash it. Unfortunately, the whole "with belief, you can do anything" idea is bull. Now, belief is a necessary part of magical work, but you also need understanding to know what you can and can not do and knowledge of how to correctly do the work. Thinking you only need to believe is a slippery slope that leads to living in a delusional, fantasy world.
