I assume you must be fairly young yourself. I have found it is only the young consider that age has no consequence. Of course. However, when you have reaced maturity yourself, you will have some understanding of why age really is a factor. Further, those that ARE experienced don't autonatically lack the imagination and will of the young. They have just better learned how to apply it.

"Young people can and more often in this age, do develop in those areas relatively early."

Of course young people develop qualities early. How can they not, if they are young? This makes no sense. How about, mature people were young once, and therefore we know what we are talking about, as we were in the same position? Be well.

Zeb, you must be blind to the age of computers to make such a statement. Sure you USE computers but not to their full extent. I am young, and yet have already mastered programming and at least become slightly experienced in magic. I am sure that ForeverFae has the same, computer-founded traits that allow HER to learn as fast as I did.

Furthermore, I never said experienced people lacked those traits, just that young people had them as well.

And there are many things on which age is an issue including experience HOWEVER this feat does not require much experience, for I have been successful with it many times.

Final point, and this is BIG, Adults often lack the experience and judgement that you say invariably comes with age. A prime example is Magustaus, who, although very experienced and middle aged, was a pompous, arrogant, aggressive, misinformed sniping brat. Also you, who, I've noticed says things are difficult, claims to be knowledgeable, and yet does not offer help. This makes you either rude, pompous or just simply a braggart. Also Zeb, you spelled "Reached" wrong. Don't forget that pesky "h".

Stop underestimating children. Many children have had as much, and maybe MORE worldly knowledge than you. Wise children aren't an oddity or a rarity anymore. It may surprise you.

It doesn't suprise me. You underline my point very well. Thankyou. If you have to resort to correcting my typos, then you are clearly in a shaky position. I have already said to Fae that I am willing to teach her. Be well :)

Fea, if you would like to use me, as an experienced teacher and prationer, then mail me. I find aspects of this thread to be somewhat juvenile, from someone defending the young. Lol. :)

I definitely recommend that regardless of experience level, young people be given direction when asking for techniques such as this. We, as experienced magick users, can give them instruction based off of their experience level. Otherwise, they will find the information elsewhere, and using more advanced techniques can get them hurt.

But I understand Zebrah's reasons. Information about this should not be displayed in the public for just anyone to use, and it should be done by someone with strong focus, will, and an expert knowledge of the basics. No matter what, a young person will not be capable of truly grasping the full extent of the basics, just as they won't have the ability to grasp biology in its fullest. Elementary school biology is not as advanced as high school biology, which is not as advanced as college biology. We must learn in retrospect to our ability to comprehend. Some elementary school students can comprehend college level education but this is very rare, it is an exception to the majority. And online we can't know if you're one of those exceptions. Therefore we must assume for safety sake, that you are at the average development for your age.

The only one here that I do believe is an exception is Vramel from what I've seen.
