Its actually best done on saturday (Saturn the banisher) on saturn's hour if you know when it will be if you don't its okay and during the wanning moon... All of those extra correspondants will help strengthen it.. Also you can use black ribbon,hair tie (prefably black and new; you wouldn't want to be apart of the bind on accedent, if its hers then better it could be any colour then..), any kind of black string, etc... as long as you can wrap it around the paper 3 times and tie it, or any thing rubberband in like that can tie it 3 times... Rubber bands are easy to find so it souldn't be that hard...

Yes I have heard of the term Micah, but I don't agree with it's principles. I dislike liars and manipulators. I've had personal experience with such people and it almost ruined my life--robbed me of friends and family permanently over someone's own selfish desires. Don't worry though, I can say I am happy now and I can't say the same for them. I roll with the punches. =)
before i take the moral ground, i would like to say a few things. the lemon curse is a good one. if you want another mail me. i can kinda relate, while in high school i wasn't popular [i was in elementary but another story] my friend who said i was her bff did something rather similar. while i didn't loose all my friends, i did look some over it.
k, so be careful what you wish for. a curse can be really dangerous, if it backfires it backfires hard. while it's your life, as someone who can relate to what you're going through, give it a week, then think about it again, and if you feel she deserves it [call it karma] then you can cast. just be warned.
