Well put... but still. You can cause objects to change temperature by exciting the molecules in or around the water. The inner energy used by humans does in fact work this way. Some scientists have found that during organized worship, energy levels (dont remember what kind, but it was not thermal, nor was it a kind produced by regular processess) were found to increase. Though it is hard to explain this inner energy, it IS there, and we CAN use it. Thus, a principle of magick is before us. But, I once read something written by an experienced practicer of these arts. She said that manipulating physical objects is very hard to do. Only the most basic things can be done like this. So, here I will meet you halfway.

For most people, it is impossible, yes. For a gifted few, this is possible with much practice, but is still very difficult and causes much strain.

Sure. I man was once able to move a compass needle by turning his energy into electro-magnetic waves (though it caused him a lot of strain).

I am well aware that the temperature of water can be adjusted by impacting the molecules of water in one way or another. In fact, that was largely everything I said.

Also, yes, "energy" in rituals and gathering has been measured. But never in a meaningful way that displays such a direct impact upon such things as molecular composition or the state of matter.

"Documented proof" suggests an in-depth study. If you are going to cite your own experiment, please provide for us the control, the variables, the conditions, the methods, etc.

Medusa33, the 'ice power' you speak of simply doesn't exist. Magic is a part of nature. It's not some supernatural force that goes against the laws of nature. I have some sympathy for you and about how you said you were born. However, that doesn't mean that you can't be strong in other areas. You don't have to seek supernatural powers in order to compensate for your current condition. You can compensate for one of your weeknesses by strengthing other characteristics of yourself.
