Lilith was the 1st wife of Adam, whether they both were physical beings at the time of creation? I dont know.
But she up and left before Adam and Eve were kicked out of Eden.

If it's true to her, then it is true. All we have is our own beliefs, you can choose to believe what you wish, but why do you believe in it? Is it because some part of it feels true to you?
Excluding my opinion or belief, and disbelief, you can find her "aspect" in many paths. Many of these are "related to the left hand path" (if I can call that in this way). In Demonolatry, or Dragon Rouge, she has great influence in this path. (search) So, as I learned, you create your own entity or way to contact the spirit, or demon, whatever.
Don't worry about them. They haven't a clue what they're talking about. They are only saying what they are saying because they have never seen Lilith. I for one, can tell you she is very real. And she is not jewish lore. She existed long before judaism.
As for an offering, I'm not really sure what to send her other than some of my energy. She doesn't need it, it's just a way that I show respect to her.
"diety" "angel" "demon" These are all names people have given higher beings. A cat is only a cat because we call it that. And a god or demon is only a god or demon because we call it that. What these beings truly are is most likely far beyond our comprehension. My best advice is to approach everyone as you would a stranger, and learn from them about who they are and what they do. 95% of the spirits I work with are not famous.

Lilith was a goddess demonized by man. She is not a demon. Like Astarte and Baal of goetic demons, she is a demonized goddess. You can pray to Lilith, she will listen. She is picky on who she chooses though.
in realty does it really matter if lilith is real or not a demon human or goddess. If Lilith help one connect to the divine feminine I say the more power to you.as far as lilith being nothing both a myth one should not be so quick to throw myths aside i know mean people on this is pagan.Most people in the world think of are gods nothing more then story you tell your kids.
