Give away magick/power

I'm quite healthy and my diet is kosher. Keep the suggestions coming along. I don't get the feeling any of you actually wants to hear me out. This is not the first time I've felt quite unwelcomed by people from this site. And I've had many quite kind and gentle people say the same.

Obviously you don't want to listen to people who know what they're talking about and don't want to listen to something that doesn't fit your limited viewpoint. That being the case, I see no reason for this thread to continue.

I just read the whole forum 7oki, and from what I see, everyone's being nice, little annoyed at the end for repeating themselves, but otherwise helpful. Even when you called out CraCraIzzzy I didn't see the need, perhaps it was me, but i didn't sense any attitude from the post.

Your problem is a build up of energy you do not want anymore, the answers have been provided, you choose to take offense and ignore the people who tried to help. Meditate, ground, shield, run, swim, hike, chakras, there are many options to deal with extra energy. You cannot shut yourself off from the universe, you, me, everyone and everything is a part of the universe. Even if you die, your body will still be a part of the universe, giving life to other creatures. If you don't like the answers provided, say 'thank you' and research for yourself.
