twilight series

i liked the books but the movie REALLLLLLYYYY sucked

The story is not unique at all (vampires and werwolfs? like I haven't heard that one before) and the 20 pages of actual interesting plot ends without closure when the main character passes out. Next thing you know she is moaning and complaining again like a child and you very briefly hear how the bad guy was "taken out" (they don't even say they killed him!) and she was saved. What a big let down and that's only the book!

I heard the the 4th book is the best =D

I read all four books just to see what all the fuss was about. If you look at them from a literary standpoint the books are crap, however if you are looking for a entertaining quick read they are not so bad. I have to agree I think the fourth book was the best of them.

As far as the movie goes, I might have enjoyed it if I hadn't been surrounded on all sides by teenage girls who felt the need to scream uncontrollably every time Edward was on the screen, so I can't say much about it since I barely heard a word of it.

I seriously believe that the Twilight serious is poison on the minds of our youth...it should be obliterated. The end.

well i agree and disagree, it is a blight that is seriously making the world think vampire. I mean people are buying shirts that say "vampires like blondes/brunettes/me" that kind of thing just because they read the book or saw the movie.

but on the other hand it got my sister, who doesnt read much more then a magazine a month, intreted in the books and she read all 4 and she read the fifth book posting by the author

Getting people to pick up a book is probably all it's good for in my eyes lol Nothing against the people who like it, just against the whole thing itself xD

I was going to read it but everone talked about all the major stuff like the baby, Bella becoming a vampire and ect.

oh wait did i spoil breaking dawn?

ah well, i just thought that the author of that book was a witch. .,and she had put a spell on these that made it interestng. .whew!
