spiritwolf: how do i get lavender oil?

Knightshade: i have a low metabolism and my room is the coldest and darkest in the whole house and i have a lower than normal body temp.

Melatonin it's over the counter and it's totally natural. You body produces it to make you sleep.

try looking around for lavener growing wild, failing that as u are a minor try meditating about 15 mins b4 ur ready to sleep it will help u to relax

lavender doesnt grow were i live, i try meditating but i can only sleep for an hour or two then im up again and i cant go back to sleep.

When you go to sleep? Go to sleep at 09:00 - 09:30 o'clock.
Cuz after 10 o'clock Your body cant sleep very well.

i dont go to sleep anytime before nine because thats when we eat dinner. on school days im up til 12:oo am and weekends is when ever im tired.

you are eating to late at 9pm especially if it is a large meal as you meal is digesting energy is being released at atime when the body least needs it and when the body begins to slow this energy surplus is keeping you awake try not to eat later than 5pm and try to make this final meal small rise early eat alarge first meal so the rest of day you burn the energy as nature intended do this for a week and your sleep pattern will normalise

try having a more active day and staying up with no naps then at night go in the bathroom and run a hot tub of water as hot as you can stand it. make you a cup of hot herbal tea to drink while you are relaxing. light candles all around your bathtub and turn out the lights. you will find that will relax you and help you to sleep better at night.

like i said u sleep much more deeply than normal making to where to much sleep is bad becoming an insomnisca or what i call a dual l;ifer i have my day life and my night life were actualliy blend together to form me about half the day
