maybe we're thinking of it in a wrong why, maybe the actuly changing the soild body will never be possible, but we might get to the point to where we could make the thing we're trying to aviod be it a person or animal see us as something else as we keep our real body to everyone else, i know it is a form of mind control or mental power but that might be the closest to shapeshifting we'll ever get
I think its both possible yet impossible, because in scientific basis we can shapeshift BUT how and where can we get those molecules and i know its possible to alter you genetic code but you cannot transform in that fast manner (except you got Ben's Omnitrix). I also believe that we can shapeshift during our past lives, because we believe in nature and we are pagans in that time and we could attained a high level of magick in that time
i, myself, believe that is comepletely possible to shapeshift. possibly the only reason people cant is because, deep down where it counts, they believe they are not able to. therefore, their EMOTIONS stop them from shapeshifting.
I believe that we cannot physically change shape but we can make spiritual change. I dont believe anybody ever has physically changed shape and that all the stories of werewolves were true stories but instead of actually turning into a big dog, they aquired the charactaristics of a wolf. Back then, a wolf was often thought of as a low lying criminal who was very dangerous and people who were werevolves were ussually very insane, dangerous and psycopathical and have been known to eat babies and kill people. Now it is possible to spiritually shapeshift. All of us wiccans have done that. A spiritual transformation is basically a spiritual event where someone makes a change in their lives either for the better or for worse.
Interesting concepts and but a few matters remain for these theories one. How do you channel that much energy to do such a feat . two. If we have not achieved that form of higher magic to do this where are you too get access to this higher magic. Three. The whopper how do you physically reshape the bones and organs in your body without doing permanent damage to yourself.four. if you achieve by some bizaar happenstance how do you return yourself to your original form. I see a lot of gaps in here and then you have to think if you do manage to succeed at such a great undertaking you then put yourself and everyone around you at major risk because if you cannot control this it could be the end of them and possibly yourself or you best case become a government lab rat .. So to me personally whether it be possible or not the shear undertaking of it alone would take most of a lifetime to figure out and the cons of the possible situation do not outweigh the pro of wow look at what I can do ! ..
