cant find my power

every time i get scared i get a headace.

That is called stress. It causes headaches.

Your power is not lost. It is not a secret. It is in everyone, and everything. Stop trying so hard and you'll find it along the way.

Let go of all unnecessary thoughts that cause stress. When you meditate, only you are important. Simply let go and relieve your stress.
