... What do you mean by fire and frost magicks, and none of that has anything to do with divination. You said you studied the magick of necromancy, so have you?
Necromancy is divination by talking with the dead. When you say you've studied it but not its magic, are you saying you studied its concepts and history, or does one of have no idea what we're talking about?
i know that necromency lets you speak with undead and spirits but im just trying to find out how to speak to the undead just yet cause thats the last thing i have to study im going to go study about it now.
I strongly believe that you do not understand what necromancy really is . It is simply a form of divination through the dead . It is not really a form of magic , rather , it is a form of divination .
So in fact , you are literally making no sense whatsoever when you have learnt the various forms of magic related to necromancy . I don't think you really understand the term .
Also , I wish to inform you that though some games depict necromancy as a skill after wielding Fire and Ice , and even some instances , healing , but I assure you , that is fantasy .
It is very different as portrayed in games , so do some additional research please , it will be a eye opener for you .
Its difinantly a form of magic because necromancy also deals with death energies and can be used for other things than just divination. Granted divination is a big part of it.

Necromancy has two sides. The first is merely communication with those who have(ideally recently) died. This includes but isn't limited to summoning the deceased through their name and/or belongings (back in older times the corpse itself would be utilized). Most magick practioners have or will practice this at some point. The second is very similar to shamanism, but instead of focusing on connecting to the spirit world, the necromancer focuses on death itself, the gateway between the two worlds. Many different cultures have their own forms of necromancy, and few if any call themselves necromancers unless they follow ancient greek practices (which is where the word stemmed from) or combine all death related material from various cultures. Neopagan "necromancy" is what is most common today. That is of using death energy, working with the angel of death and deities over death.
Ars Falcis is a mix between old and new age necromancy. Google "ars falcis" and you'll find the site. Its a good place to start with.
