Ok, so I too am very empathetic as well and I am working on that same issue. I was told to work on grounding yourself so you will become balanced enough to not endure so much energy from others. Also, be sure you are have or are working on a well balanced diet. Everything you take in can also have a huge effect on your energy. Practice grounding and meditating along with creating a energy shield around you to help stop you from absorbing the energy of others.

thank you, I have actually recently totally changed my diet, no processed foods at all.. fresh produce , fish, beans, and water.. I notice a difference already, meditation i do daily, but yes, grounding I need to work on.. Thank you for the advice :)
