Yes while it is very important to see a specialist, i see no harm in trying other avenues. I left u an e mail with a spell i wrote. I didnt know why i wrote it. I guess its because of my 12 years of trying to conceive but misscairage after another. I now have two beautiful girls (under 17 months lol). I was really trying. I agree what has been said here. Though you can eat certain food to help boost sperm count or ovulation. I heard Avocados and bananas are good. Soda is bad as well as high sugars. Those are wives tales though, don't know if they pan out but I'd look online for things like that. I'm sure theres a few pregnancy sites that would have that information.
