Choose the right download for your computer
Install program
Then go to
http://sbagendb.gusari.org/
Choose binatural beat that you like, at the side of the title click download button.
Play downloaded file with sbagen program
And you're done!

I didn't make anything form the first with the programm. it's too confusing...

There is a free app in googld play called SINE Isochronic
I HIGHLY RECOMEND IT...... it has several different categories of beats, there's another app by the same people also free, I forget what is called but I had barely turned my headphones on and sat back before I started my little flying space adventure..... and i had ALOT of horrible things going on in my life at the time so my mind was for sure occupied and it still worked beautifully

I agree. BB are only meant to be used as a projecting aid, not as a permanent solution to the problem of trying to master the practice. I've also dabbled in the world of Astral Projection with the aid of BB, but I too am still trying to reach the same goal. Do some research on Theta Waves and Delta Waves. These are the types they say help you to project. On Youtube, you can specifically search for any of type of wave sounds to assist you. I hope that helped! Good luck. :)
