I doubt they are dulling and losing colour, yes as you get a great deal older your eye colour can shift somewhat but it is probably just a change in light that is making you believe that they are fading.

No eye spell will work, you cannot make them glow or change colour etc, what you have, you are stuck with.

You have what you have. It can be just the contrast of light. If your vision is affected contact a doctor. No spell can help with this.

ok thanks. its kinda a bummer though. I use to have bright blue eyes but now people barely notice them. I just wanted the bright blue eyes I used to have.

Though it does not accually change what you look like glamour may be able to help you if you are able to do it. If when done correctly it will make you eyes seem more noticable.
