Demons are beings of chaos and night, not evil beings that wish to harm you.
Why would a Demon harm you if you just summon it for no reason? Its like prodding something with a sharp stick without reason and wasting its precious time. I know that I dislike it when beings of any sort waste my time. I would assume a Demon would dislike it even more since beings of chaos are known to carry tempers.
Demons in general are most likely to be kind when summoned if not summoned with no clear reason in mind. Summon one by asking it to come forth and not demanding it rise forth before you.
As to how Demons came to be, it would be my guess(GUESS not a stated fact) that Demons came to be through a merging of night and chaos energies and perhaps other energies.
They are not fallen angels for a fallen angel is lets face it a being of light whether or not it fell.
I doubt it with the intensity of a thousand suns that god simply has any hate or dislike towards Demons simply because they are Demons. I am hazy on which idiot stated this but its a show of pure ignorance to believe god hates Demons for just being what they are.
This is all speculation that in my opinion is more or less correct. Lets try to maintain civility and not insult each other although I felt my small little slip of tongue was needed.

but in any case, be they fallen angels or not, you are right lucifuge, not all demons are evil and I am greatful to you for pointing that out. far too many people believe terrible things of demons. I can't stand it. so I commend you.
sorrey to say but i dont think christions have it right . one a preast tries to in most cases give us the wrong idea i mean i dont think a deamon is evan a creature of the dark i mean dark is without light the devil isnt evan evil that is my own appinion oh and if i misspelled something i did all this on a psp
really you have nothing better to do the fight over this? if you have ever read the bible it says that when god sat down and told everyone his master plan 1/3 of the "angels" walked out when they did they realised they made a mistake but it was too late they were cursed and became "demons" most of them couldn't care less about mortals while some hate mortals (that is the christian story of what demons are) ... anyway you look at it the odds of you running into one are very slim ... unless you ask them to come hang out for the day ... yes it is possible to piss off the wrong ones but i will not teach kids how to even summon one ... though should you need help banishing one ill try to lend a hand ... never summon something you dont understand
i always love this topic. for me i see the color of our souls and this what i see angels soul ,s are light demons are dark and fallen are gray or dark and light and i dont mean good and evil i mean soul types. dark tends to use their own will to judge morality, light use the will of a higher being and gray use both or try to understand both into consideration but the final decision lies with themselves.
have any of u talked to one b4? surprising they are not as bad as people think. i got a friend who summoned them for company and i chatted with them for awhile. to me they are no different from ancient beings. i mean they gave me advice on how to master magic better, told me i need stronger protection spells to prevent bad demons from invading my mind, and they dont answer everything we ask like normal ancient beings since they follow the silent rule of not giving out secrets to humans since we need to earn the information ourselves. overall i find them to be nice to give me such nice advice. and no i do not intend to summon one anytime soon, any higher beings see that i need help then they will come to me not me asking for their help. since i havent met my guardian yet i dont want to insult he/she/it by summoning another to help me. overall yea i guess demons are just higher beings with powers that have their own views on humans and decided whether to harm them or not.

So, I come from a bloodline of Schizophrenics, the kind that can communicate with voices they hear and see entities.
Personally I think its associated with demons, doctors have admitted to not knowing the cause.
My uncle had it very bad. He would be up all night, having arguements with the voices he heard.
It would be four or more voices he heard, and sometimes my mom could hear a bit of them too.
I don't think all demons are bad, I've conversed with quite a few. But opinions on this^?
Reborn, I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend you read "Babylon Babies" by Maurice Dantec... it made me see schizophrenia in a whole new light. While it is a fiction book, it completely blew my mind on the subject. The end of the book is a bit eerie too, as far as prophesizing the future of mankind goes. It's a long book and I'd love to discuss it XD.
(Don't watch the movie based on the book, Babylon AD... it has absolutely nothing to do with the book Y_Y .)
I do believe it could be demons. We too often chalk up the unnatural and weird to sickness. This isn't to say that these people /aren't/ sick, but that there is more to the illness than a chemical imbalance. More than someone 'on the outside' can see or understand. My heart goes out to you :( My friend's mother used to watch over a schizophrenic woman and the voices and "personality hopping" eventually drove her to suicide, despite the medications and therapy.
in a way we are fallen angels but it depends a bit on what we believe but demons are not all evil it depends on what u say maybe to us u are evil and to u we are evil so don't go judging on what u don't know and we won't do the same to u
