cant make PSI ball right

How come last night, I tried making one and i successfully made like 7 out of 13 tries, though today, I can't seem to hold onto that ball form anymore. It just, evaporates.. D:

Another thing, after I made the ball, i felt SO exhausted and i dunno how to get the "energy from the universe"
help?

Meditate to gain energy

Wow! I just tried to make my own ball with these instructions, and just wow! I couldn't see it, but I did feel it! It was like an intense heat was growing between my hands after I seperated them!!! I don't know why, But it sort of compressed itself into my chest. It feels weird 0_0

I can make psi balls pretty well, the thing is though that I don't really know it's true purpose, once I have made the psi ball in my hands what can I do with it?

How do you guys do this?? I just can't seem to do it and I've been working on it for hours..

I was bored during my shift tonight on guard and made a psi ball. I created a small breeze in the room and instructed it to keep blowing and had my head tilted up and in tune with it to ensure it keeps moving...then while concentrating on the breeze I created a small psi ball (approx 3-4 inches) and gave it a sort of golden color and added it into the small breeze and it went around the room a few times in sync with the little breeze. Lasted about a full minute before the migraine started lol.

If you havent interacted with your energy through meditation, don't expect an instant click. As well, people you Must take breaks!

I don't know how many times i've advised newbs to Not do it for hours on end or until they feel exausted :/ If you wouldnt do that for weight training, why would you burn your energy out like that?

Moderation is key

Is it possible to add power to the psi ball after it is complete? Maybe turn the psi ball into a fire ball after alot of concentration and will. Or add othe powers into it?
