Blue Loki, do you have to see a God/dess to believe in them? No, as long as you believe and love your God/dess then your will alone makes it real. Also, I've read that site and for one thing how do you know if you're even talking Satan? What if you're talking to one of those "corrupt" angels from Jehovah (please note the sarcasm in that sentence)? Before you ever put another religion down you need to do research. Just because a website says that all other religions are wrong and worship your Demons and worship Satan doesn't mean anything. If I worshiped the Flying Spaghetti Monster and you don't believe in him/her does that mean he/her isn't real? Of course not! No religion is right or wrong they are all right in their own sense.
As for the act of Cannibalisim in the Bible, I remember once reading something from it where it states that God, asked a man to give up his only child for a sacrifice.
Sadly enough, this man was prepared to go to the legnths of sacrificing his child.
Whether or not this was the Old Testament compared with the new, it is still part of the Bible whether or not you like that.
Now as much as I love and worship Enki, I would never sacrifice my own child for him when it comes for my time to have one.
But then and again, human sacrifice is not something that Enki requires from the people who worship him out of love and not by force.
He doesn't use fear as a tactic to make people worship him.
For those who believe the lies about Satan, I personally pity you.
As for the concept of Heaven and Hell, I believe these to be the base and seventh chakra and nothing but.
For the "world created in seven days"-does it not ring out to any of you that these are possibly in relation to all our seven main chakras that each and every single one of us have within our souls?
And back to so called "demonic exorcisim", have any of you here personally witnessed an exerocisim?
I highly doubt it, and remember that any entity can disguise itself as a demon and trick the person into really beliving that it is a demon, even if it is not.
To the seven deadly sins, they are all emotions by human nature.
Oppressing these emotions can lead down to mental illnesses, that is just common sense.
I don't see why envy should be an exception.
Ragnorok, I honestly see nothing good about Christianity.
Sure it devilers a message of hope and love, but to love everyone and everything including your enemies is just ridiculous.
I sure would not claim to love those who I hate.
And why would you need to rely on an entity to give you hope?
What is wrong with relying on yourself in times of need?
I have gone through some very rough times as of late, and have not depended on Enki to see me through them, although I have gotten support off him which I am more than thankful for.
That was without praying too..
And to end this I quote from one of the popes:
"It has served us well, this myth of Christ"
-Pope Leo X (1475-1521)
Again I point out that this thread was created to find a possible solution, not start a debate about religions. Unless your Enki has some method to handle this situation, I don't see why that religion was mentioned in the first place.
I'd also like to point out that I noticed you said he was ready to do so, but didn't actually say he did. I have heard a similar story, not sure if it's the same one, but the man was blessed and received much more then he would have lost or did lose.
There are good things in Christianity. Billions, not mere thousands, of people have seen it. Whether or not you agree with that is entirely up to you. That's why "good" and "evil" are matters of perception.
The "seven deadly sins," I have never found in the bible where they are mentioned. However, your are correct, they are emotions. Unlike more positive emotions however, they are only considered negative at least by me. I see no good results from them. Due to that I see no reason to give in to them. We do have, or at least should have, some measure of self control. I believe those "seven deadly sins" become sins when you allow them to control you.
As for loving/hating people, there is a difference between loving and liking just as there is between hating and disliking. The biggest problem with people who read, or more often don't read, the bible then talk trash about it is that they are to close-minded to consider certain parts or to simple minded to consider them outside the direct meaning of the individual words. At least from what I have seen.
If we were to consider both religions from our own points of view, you see nothing good in Christianity and I see nothing good in Satanism. Now with the other views; I see nothing bad in Christianity, whether or not you see something bad in Satanism is up to you. Most likely that is why you would be a Satanist and I am not.
Now, yet again, I point out that this thread was not made for a religious debate. I see Satanists, for lack of a better and honest term, cry and whine about Christians all the time. Yet how are we to respect a religion when those of the other religion do not respect ours? Yes, there are some extremists who give all the other religions a hard time, but every religion, including Satanism, has them. If you want respect you have to give respect, if I remember correctly that also happens to be something Satanism teaches.
I didn't see a part of your post until after I made mine.
The "seven days" part of the bible could relate to time difference between higher planes and Earth. Seven days there could be seven million years or more here.
Heaven and Hell, as my mother-in-law believes, are places we create for ourselves. This is where my beliefs in the bible stray a little. I believe Heaven is like a vacation place for spirits that need a break from reincarnation while Hell might be a prison for ones that have been overly troublesome. How that works exactly, I can't say I know for certain.
And yes, I have seen an exorcism. Not just on TV either. While other entities may disguise themselves to look like a demon or angel, demons are capable of such tricks as well. Not all demons are bad, but neither are all of them good. To me, demons and angels are exactly the same thing. The difference is wording; demons are the ones who have broken certain rules or done certain things while angels are the ones who have not. That, however, still does not mean all angels are good nor that all demons are bad.
Yes, I believe that in themselves demons are neither good nor evil. If a person holds the demon qualities in their shadow self, if they have not accepted and come to terms with qualities in themselves they hold in common with the demon, the demon comes off as evil. If the person has accepted those qualities and has a healthy relationship with them, the demon comes off as good. Just because a demon has a "name" does not mean all manifestations of that name are good or evil for everyone.

hey. have you ever learn about thoughtform in this website? if you haven't. go and read it. erm.... why do angels need to disguise as Satan anyway? god sent them to lead me astray?
"Just because a website says that all other religions are wrong and worship your Demons and worship Satan doesn't mean anything."
hello??? i never said im JoS version of spiritual satanist.
Ragnorok. blind man can recognize voices better than those with great eye sight. and, for christians and muslims lying is a sin remember.
it is very weird for a guy who claim he is a christian but at the same time believe in other religions. i've never heard monks are allowed to meditate inside a church.
you say ''good'' and ''evil'' are matters of perception. why dont you say that to your god and ask him to stop talking about sin in the ''holy books''
i will respect your religion IF everyone stop saying demons are the one who possess their children. DO YOU NEED MONEY TO PAY THE PSYCHIATRIST?!?
Firstly you missed ragnorok's point, you asked how he had met god and he tried to explain that you don't have to see someone to meet them with the aid of a metaphor
Secondly the sin mentioned in the bible is 'evil' from a typical Christians of view that should not be used in damnation of anyone and in fact that's what the bible teaches, forgiveness, although I'm aware many Christian extremists have distorted this.
Finally no one is sayind demons posses babies, were merely saying that it's possible and suggesting various measures for it it has been said many times that it may not be either demonic or even possesion at all
and as a side note I know the passage in the bible where the man is asked to sacrifice his child for god, it is a test and the childs life is never actually taken I believe.
Abraham was willing to sacrafice his son for God. This was the act of trust. Why?
Because he had a child with his wife's servant girl. He didn't believe he'll have a son with his wife.
A divine punishment if you want to look at it.
Yes I witnessed a Roman Catholic exorcism; I was in the praying group assisting the priest. And yes there was a demonic presence.
One can see, feel, hear God through Christian meditation and in direct contact.
You forgot that many other religions see demons as bad creatures, not only Christianity.
You say demons don't possess right? How can you be so sure? Have YOU witnessed an exorcism? Guess not. And on the fact you didn't see it you claim it doesn't happen?
In my opinion Loki, you can be one of these 3 things:
1. a provocator - that makes you attention hungry and if you are ignored you'll go away
2. unwilling to understand - that makes you foolish and agressive ignorant
3. unable to learn - that makes you limited
