how to get ice power?

May i start by saying that i do not agree that it is possible to cause ice or fire or water to come from our bodies however about two years ago i read a boo of studies about tibetan monks who meditated for several hours every day learning to control their body temperature till they could go to a frozen pond and cut it open and dip sheets in the water and place them on the monks backs till they became dry a process which took about 5-6 mins in below zero weather sheets became dry and warm although i do not have the name of the book i am sure much information on this subject can be found elsewhere

i had a dream i wanted to become mage, i was suffering mockery, i've never believed in others, because i was thinking that they didn't know what is magic for me. I loved zodiac spirits books about horoscope were my favourites because of this i decided to become mage which will summon zodiac spirits with magic powers(Aquarius with water power,Sagittarius with magical arrows and.....)but when i registered here my dreams died because i read one horrible word "impossible" but i'll never give up while i am alive i'll seek power to summon zodiac spirits do you know why?because it is dream which gives me the power of life why i wrote it here there is one more thing which i love very much it is snow and ice whole year i am so sad but when the november ends i am excited because i know that it will come cold breeze, snow, water will freeze. So magic is for me everything it comes from my heart from my love from my feelings and dreams and with my own energy everything what i love and want with all my heart will be possible this is my opinion maybe most people will said that i am naive but.....

It is basically impossible to do such a thing. You cannot shoot Ice crystals or anything of that ridiculous sort out your hand. You cannot do anything of that sort and not one spell can change that. Gaining such power does not exist. Start studying real magic instead of seeing the magic in the movies and cartoons.

I believe it has succefully been astablished that it is impossible for you to shoot ice from your fingers. Ice "powers" sounds fluffy and is not the best term. However Ice Magick does exist. It is perfectly possable to attune your self with ice, use its energy to project your will, working with ice spirits and deities, and focas your magickal life around ice.

How people can be so tough on the unknown of their knowledge? Some of you don't give opportunities to beginners to see the truth over practice. Every people, each one of us, has his/her unique or sometimes common abilities. So, my suggestion is to leave anyone to follow his/her dreams. Also I would like to point, that fluffy, by some of you, is someone who role-plays. That's a lie. The person who says that someone is a fluffy, is because the one who's saying it don't know how to do it, so there is a growth of doubt, and you give the result of your doubt to someone and make him/her sad or doubtful. Angeldemon if that interested you, you should look into qi gong. I saw something on the discovery channel years ago where scientists were stumped at why the qi gong master was able to quickly heat up these thin sheets of metal that he used to heal with. It reminded me of your monks. Mind over body can be controlled. Anyone who does energy work knows their hands can get very hot. But this doesn't mean flames are going to begin shooting out. =)

i think that magic which i like has forgotten because of it's complicacy but i'll try everything to find this "Lost Magic" in myself

Well the Veil Between Worlds was not as strong as it is now. In the past it let more magick through and that could be an a reason the ability to do things such as shoot ice from your fingers was lost. Assuming it existed in the first place.
