Mystikal not everyone on this site is Wiccan. Even if they were different branches of Wicca allow certain things, while others don't.

I do agree, this kid wanted a spell to "change" his parents mind about him getting a dog.
This other kid wanted a spell to grow a tail.

I have seen many requests for spells and I am just wondering why these people don't try to create their own spell. Asking us in most cases is the easy way out. I can understand asking if your having trouble with a spell or arent sure of the use for a herb,stone, etc...I just wish that they would try first--if they want get stronger and smarter they are going to have to do it sometime. Please dont get me wrong I am not apposed to helping.

Well the problem with that, is magick doesn't affect everything on the mundane, so there are certain things you can affect magickally, and at the same time there are certain things you can't. For example, magick rarely ever affects modern-day technology so you won't be able to use magick to increase the volume of computer speakers or close windows or anything like that.

Wayofthewind yes wicca is just a branch of magick but a branch is nothing with out a starting point a "tree" if you wanna put it that way. magick did not start as scattered parts no, it started all the same. Wicca , pagan and what ever other branch have taken the ideas and made them their own but there was always an original. it started as one. we all have rules to live by and we do.trying to use magick to get everything is not good, or healthy. in order to live a good life you most face obsticles even if you have a gift and wish to skip it. its like skiping life.
