If you don't fully believe in it to begin with, how can you expect to see results?

You can say any spell you want, but if you do not put your energy into it and trust, you will see nothing.

What you put into it, is what you will see from it.

exactly. You will get no results unless you 100% believe in it. Magic is not like bewitched or Sabrina the teenage witch, you cannot twitch your nose and expect things to happen. Magic takes time, practice and effort.

I believe 100% in magic,

Hello. I am the all mighty king of bunny gathering. Welcome.
I think maybe you mean agnostic rather than atheist. Faith in magick itself sort of negates atheism. Faith in anything at all negates true atheism. This is all beside the point, just thought maybe I'd clear things up there.
At any rate, you really may call yourself what you wish. I am a magician working toward wizardry. In my head, though, the wizard is a practicioner of all.
Read, read, read, friend. And start in the place that suits you.

Merry Meet romfreak and welcome.
That website was a good one for beginners Gallen.

First you need to learn how to raise energy for the energy you raise is the energy that is put into a spell.
Try energy ball exercises as they are great.

As for being an atheist, this means you deny the existence of god.

You can not deny the existence of god without it being proof that there is a god, because to deny something's existence means you are admitting that the thing is real.
