ground and centering

Grounding and centering is very important at every magickal thing you do!
You might think that Chanting a poem is good enough but it's not...You need to ground yourself so that the energy of the spell doesn't just flap around wildly and go to whereever it flies.
That is the main cause to why spells backfire!!!
With grounding and centering, we make the energy of the spell or a ritual stable and controlled, making it possible for our spells to reach the intended destination.

IM bit confused do i have ground and center b4 meditation ? im new to it all so a bit unsure , i have been try light meditation please help :)

grounding and centering IS a form of meditation, it's best to ground and center before magical workings or when you start feeling stressed or upset.

ValerieR this is very good post indeed .Thank you. I use tree meditation for grounding because i do love trees but never had the idea to chant something during it .Tho i will invent my own chant

im sort of concerned any where i go i feel like energy is coming into me and wont stp i really need help

You need to ground yourself sealab. When you feel it becomes overwhelming, ground out. Do the above exercise whenever you start feeling overwhelmed.
