just a thought using magick and doing spells takes energy and can leave you drained if you are suffering from headaches have your blood pressure checked high blood presure tends to create headaches i have high blood pressure i had a headache for days till i found out now i take 2 tablets a day and no headaches for years

actually, yes. I can't seem to get any spells to work except for the headache one and i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong. I never quite learned how to harness my energy so i just sort of wing it, think you could help?
