She may have, I think I have contacted her, but I'm not completely sure. I doubt she has though, as many don't reincarnate for hundreds of years. (Why would you want to miss out on the mental plane?) as for a ouija board, I find those unsafe. Personal preference, I have not successfully projected since I have posted this. I will tell you what happens when I make first hand undeniable contact.
astral projection isn't really needed, while a Ouija Board can be dangerous, you could use a pendulum, or perhaps skrying with a black mirror. astral projection isn't necessarily the best move. also, Anne Frank died about 70 years ago, so she's most likely reincarnated by now. sucks but true. also, as someone who has dealt with spirits her whole life, it's not wise to get involved with them, you're from two different planes of existence, so it won't work out. i don't mean to hurt you, but that's the reality of the situation, she's most likely been reborn again, if you do meet someone claiming to be her, spirits do lie, so it could be a completely different spirit wanting attention.
She hasn't reincarnated yet, not enough time has passed. I understand you have these strong feelings, but have you thought through how you expect to maintain a relationship with her if you are able to contact her?
It is possible to contact a spirit even if the soul has already reincarnated. It is possible to summon someone that is still alive or didn't ever exist (imaginary). Will not go further into this but is has been proven. Nevertheless, even if she has reincarnated, you can summon the image of her. Look it up. If you are not aware that this is possible, then you shouldn't summon anything whatsoever. Just saying, for your safety.
Why does everyone, when they have a problem, try to solve it with fireworks and magickal manipulation. It can be done, of course, but there are simpler ways.
If you fell in love with someone that is dead because you learned about that person and found out that she i to your liking, it's the same as if you were in love with a living person. It is an illusion, an emotion normal during growing up through which we integrate various values and traits into our own self form our subconscious.
It will lesser by time and pass away by itself, or when you find someone real that you might fall in love with. Not everything is supposed to be mystical.
It is normal, and it will pass after you have properly integrated the values from your subconscious. When you stop feeling infatuated, you will know the process is completed
Becareful searching for spirits,cause not all are very friendly. Sometimes it's best to leave them at rest and alone. No matter how much you want to contact them, it's best to leave them alone especially if she has been dead for a while, best not to wake a long rested spirit.
Becareful though you don't want to attract the wrong kind of spirit also. And even though you might think you attracted her spirit its more likely to be not since cause she died in a far away place where many people have been innocently killed.
Its true she probably is already reincarnated. I think after 10 years souls can get rencarnated. And its true yiu can contact incarnated spirites, but ts best to let her liveher life. Besides she may go by a different name.
You should think of her fondly but dont limit yourself. Maybe yiu soul mate is like her, keep that in mind when you meet peolple.
soul reincarnate at different times, it's when the soul is ready to pass on. sometimes it's instantly, other times it's a few months, and sometimes it's centuries. i have met spirits who have been dead only a few weeks and were ready to move on, they just wanted to check on their loved ones, spirits who are staying in their home because their family still lives they're and i have met those who have been spirits for a hundred years with no intent of crossing over. it just depends, i've never heard of a waiting time, when you are ready, you just cross over.
theoretically, as mentioned, i think it's possible to contact a soul that has crossed over, similar as it is possible for pass life regression to see glimpses of past lives. this all being said, it is the present you should be concerned with. it's hard but spirits are dead, there time here is done, you should focus on your life and the living around you, instead of the dead. i'm not saying you should avoid or ignore them, but realize that getting romantically involved with a spirit will end badly.
