What has Moses to do with Christianity? That's Judaism.
When the Bible talks about witchcraft, it's a different translation from the original. In the original translation, it's not talking about general witchcraft, it's talking about very specific things. It's mainly talking to spirits and certain other types of divination, not today's practices (though, of course, some witches do talk to spirits. Not to throw off on them). Besides, it's PAGANS who may not believe in the Christian God. Witches can follow any religion or none at all, and just because some of you have a misunderstanding of what the difference between witches and pagans doesn't mean the rest of us do.

In my personal opinion, I believe one cannot be both at the same time. Why is that? Because the practice and the religion contradict themselves, Witchcraft or any form of is condemned in the Bible. Don't take me wrong, I have nothing against anyone's belief or anything of the sort, I am just going to post my opinion on the matter. There are countless parts in the Bible that condemns any form of Divination, Sorcery, Charmers, Mediums, etc. If you have yet to read this, then I will show you here:
Deuteronomy 18:9-12
When you come into the land that the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not learn to follow the abominable practices of those nations. There shall not be found among you anyone who burns his son or his daughter as an offering, anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer or one who inquires of the dead, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord. And because of these abominations the Lord your God is driving them out before you."
That is one of the many parts in the Bible that condemns any type of Sorcery or Magic(This including Witchcraft). Christianity guiding itself by the Bible, surely you could imagine that these two do not go together? I am not here to offend anyone's belief or anything of the sort, this is just my opinion on the matter having myself seen Sorcery of any sort condemned in not just one but numerous parts of the Bible.

There was no Christianity until after Christ, and it only really took off a couple of centuries after his supposed death and rebirth fiasco.
Christ himself was most certainly Jewish.

Matgrik, that only applies if you believe that Jesus was the son of God. About 800,000,000 believe that. The rest of Humanity believes no such thing! Most of Humanity have never heard of Jesus!
I believe you are right I come from a Christian family. and I really want to learn more about the difference between pagan and wiccan and witchcraft ways. Because I have the urge and the drive to want to learn magic and help other people. I know it may sound selfish but I also want to learn to about other religions to help people understand that we all are connected by the same type of energy that each religion talks about.
