well done brim xxx it worked , late last night he sufferd another seiza and waiting news will post when i know love and light xxxxxxxxx

hes ok hes a little bit tierd they think he over did it yesterday they have him sat up n a chair 2day

ron is sat in a chair alot now and is eating jello and drinking tea hes having a lot of night mares and is wakeing up scared blessed be xxxxx

wonderful news...cant wait to have him back...

I am new to the coven and have been checking in on the forums, I have not had the pleasure of meeting or talking to Ron but my thoughts are with him and wish him a speedy recovery!

Well, i made a spell for his dreams too but i wrote it to spritwolf and forgot to write it down...so if spiritwolf will be willing to put it on it'll be here :)

bad dreams seem to appear
this lavender leaf
will keep away fear
so that he wont be sad
when he's sleeping in bed
a peel of an apple
to the leaf i will add
to banish nigmares
and to rid of bad dreams
i call on his angels
to ease his dream streams

well the chant describes what herbs to use...just burn the herbs together when you chant :)
