Time traveling

Remember, time travel is dangerous. So even if you transport your spirit back in time, you might get stuck there. But don't worry about changing the past. Whatever you do will already be part of the past. But it is possible to physically travel back in time, just really hard and it's scientific, it involves no magic. There is a book called How to Build a Time Machine which tells all about the viability of time travel.

Those are "Spam spells." I'm not sure why they're not deleted.

Yes its possible to travel to the past. but as other people have said be careful if you get killed while time travailing you will die when you get back to your body.

One can not time travel.
It's an interesting concept to ponder but can not be done.

To travel forward all you have to do is sit in a box naked out on the street and chant I'm going to the future.
eventually you will be within the near future.

You can not physically travel through time. You can travel through time in your astral form in the astral plane once you get their. It takes time and practice to accomplish this the astral plane is very large and encompasses not only one dimension but all of them. You can also travel through time via divination. Both forms can not change the past or the future but allow you to see what occurred in that time and place.

You can in the physical alter your perception of time by making it speed up or slow down. This again is a skill that one can learn and not a spell.

I don't know how some people think it's impossible. Is there really any basis behind that, or just theory concerning "you can't defy physics"?

Okay well, any methods on how to do it through the Astral Plane?
I just wanted to go back in time to find this woman I adore to be the same age as me, back in the 90s. Since she's older than me now and I am still a teenager.

I believe you can explore other times with your thoughts and 'see' the future or the past, but I don't think you could actually go there physically or even spiritually.
For this, I like to imagine my mind as a physical world of itself, just a blank stretch of ground until things are added and explored. What I like to do is to create a building. It has one door and one window, but it doesn't show outside, it shows whatever I want it to. I go inside the building and sit down in the middle of the room, facing the window.
After this, I let the window show me a specific time or place, controling it precise or general. When it is done, I leave the building to explore.
It doesn't always work, but it is both fun and revealing in some cases. =)
