How To Do Telekinesis

Emokid if you really want to learn Telekinesis you need a lot of persistence.

I've seen and experienced it many years back. At the end of this post I will give you a few names you can search on the internet for.

Telekinesis is clearly using your mind and nothing else to have affect on objects or on other people. The easiest way to understand how and why it is possible and works, to know that everything inside and outside is energy. The very same energy. It's form can change but it still the same thing. You, your surroundings, everything.

Your thoughts are also energy, therefore they do affect everything in your life in every second, but your mind generates numerous thoughts every minute going all over the place. To achieve skills like Telekinesis, the first thing you have to learn is focus. Focus is the key. What is focus? Focus is to discipline your mind to stay put and stay on the very thing you want and not wonder around.

We were thought of two things to practice that. I tell you both methods.

1. You put a dot on your wall. Or you can place it on a paper and put the paper on the wall. Then watch that dot and practice to keep your mind on it. It's not gonna happen right away. You will notice that you are thinking about all kind of stuff so that is where you have to learn to keep your thoughts in order. It's not easy but practice takes you there.

2. Have a piece of thread or cord, tie and hang any item on it. Hang it somewhere free of other things. Then sitting a couple feet away start to focus on it as you learned with the dot but this time, add your will to it to move it in circle in a chosen direction. Try to keep your room free of air movements, close the window, have the A/C off. It still might move around affected by other physical things but you decide which direction it would circle.

Isn't it more likely that it will happen when you're mad? Like if you're angry and concentrating real hard that the object will break or move with your mind?

Nothing is impossible? Try running through a brick wall. Jumpimg out of a plane without a parachute,and not hurting. How about throwing yourself through a glass window without hurt? I will tell you what is impossible; moving a solid object by will power alone. That is impossible.

but all the movies and i researched it its telling me it is possible with years and years of practice all i can do is like move a cotton ball a little thats it. Telekinesis is possible and it depends on someones emotions to work whether your angry or upset it could trigger it.

Well, it may be theoretically possible, but it isn't all that likely. Or useful, really. I could compare it to the solar sail. It is possible to create a space shuttle that travels only by the physical force of light and the lack of resistance. However, it is very impractical because it would take several hundred years to travel any sort of distance.

Just read on it Emokid. You can start at the site I linked for you. And remember takes practice. I've seen it and done it. It is possible just keep practicing, learning, and you will get there. :)

Anybody can say, "I've done it!" Without saying what it is they have done.

Well i believe it can be done just cause you never seen it done doesn't mean its impossible my friend can read minds and thats usually impossible but she can do it and other people can see ghost so why cant telekinesis be possible?

Yes Emokid it can be done. There always were, are and will be people who don't believe certain things which is fine it's everyone's private business but they also try to convince you of "YOU CAN'T DO IT!" stuff. Science itself would be much more advanced if there were less people like that. But you can decide to ignore them and go for it.

I'm not here to convince anybody or prove anything to anyone. I don't have to. I responded to a request, offered help. You don't have to either. The only person you ever have to prove anything to is yourself. You want to do Telekinesis? You really want to? Then keep going, practicing. And as LArchanis said, there is nothing you can lose. You can only benefit from this practice no matter what.
