And actually, the love spells do work without the other person already liking you...

All it does it influence there emotion, but they can still choose whether to follow there emotion or ignore it. When I say overpower I mean that they go against the spells power with there own willpower. It happens all the time. Spells are not a 100% thing and they do need to like you before hand otherwise the chances of them dropping everything that's going on in there life for you is extremely slim.

Then why do other witches say that to cast love spells does not require the other person to like you already?

And are there any spells to make your crush like you back then?

When I said it would not work I meant it would not work for you specifically because of what you are looking for it to do.

Love spells can make him attracted to you. Just try any of the ones on this site until you find a good one. Keep in mind though that most people here say that the love or attraction that a person feels for you from a spell isn't real love or attraction because it's not something that occurred naturally. A spell can actually wear off after a while unlike natural love that tends to last for a long time.

Well but that's why I asked for a permanent one because there are permanent love spells that makes the crush love you and even marry you in the future, other people have casted those kind of love spells and even married their crush in the future, but then I don't know which spell would be the same spell I am looking for.

Are you stating that as fact? As in you know people who have had these spells casted and married there crushes? In certain situations similar to what I mentioned in previous posts, sure it could happen, but your situation doesn't seem like that type of situation. Well just give it a shot and see what happens.

Well it is indeed a fact, at least 4 people told me that they casted a love spell on their crush and then their crush started loving them and they even got married.
